Schwartz Law Investigates Michael Watkins of Watkins Financial Group

Schwartz Law is currently investigating claims against Michael Watkins of Watkins Financial Group and Radiant Private Investment, LLC in Fort Myers, Florida. Watkins is registered with the state of Florida to sell life, health and variable annuity insurance, but does not hold licenses to sell securities. We believe Watkins created fake account statements in order to keep his clients at bay while he stole and converted the funds that would be used for these investments. At the point of sale, Watkins convinced his clients to make their investment checks payable to “Fidelity Investments” and to leave the memorandum section of the check blank. We further believe Watkins would fill in the blank memorandum section with the account number for Radiant Private Investment, LLC and deposited the checks with Fidelity Investments, a financial services company that owns National Financial Services for the benefit of Radiant Private Investment, LLC.
