April 21, 2026 – Joel Anthony Benanti was named a respondent in a FINRA complaint alleging that he failed to provide information and documents requested by FINRA as part of its investigation into whether he participated in undisclosed OBAs and private securities transactions away from his member firm. The complaint alleges that Benanti’s failure to provide the requested information and documents significantly impeded FINRA’s investigation into his potential misconduct.
