May 28, 2026 – An AWC was issued in which Gabriel Andres Gomez was barred from association with any FINRA member in all capacities. Without admitting or denying the findings, Gomez consented to the sanction and to the entry of findings that he refused to produce information or documents requested by FINRA during an investigation that originated from a tip filed by its CRED Department that he used an unauthorized mobile device during his Series 99 examination.
