Schwartz Law Investigates Jim Walesa of Triad Advisors / Arkadios Capital

Schwartz Law is currently investigating claims against James Thaddeaus Welesa a/ka/ Jim Walesa (“Welesa”). Welesa worked for Arkadios Capital from September 2019 to December 2021 and Triad Advisors LLC from November 2000 to September 2019. Notably, he has been the subject of multiple client disputes alleging misconduct, including unsuitable investment recommendations and breaches of fiduciary duty.

More specifically, in March of 2023 a client of Triad Advisors LLC asserted allegations violation of securities statutes, breach of contract, negligence, and a breach of fiduciary duty related to a series of alternative investments, to include investments in Direct Participation programs and Limited Partnerships. It appears that Walesa’s actions resulted in the client incurring damages of $500,000 and settled the claims from $2,057,145.89

Additionally, on April 6, 2022, a client of Triad Advisors LLC filed FINRA Arbitration: 22-00762, wherein the client alleged that Walesa made unsuitable recommendations, failed to conduct due diligence and made misrepresentation and omission of material facts with regard to the sale of alternative investments. The client sought recovery of $790,000 and settled the claim from $4,500,000.

Welesa has at least eleven (11) reported disclosure events, five (5) of which are still pending in FINRA arbitration.
